great stay with some minor drawbacks

The front desk accommodated my late check-out request, allowing me to relax in my room instead of facing the harsh weather. The bed linens were exceptionally clean and remarkably fresh throughout my stay.

We had such a great time! The location is legit perfect—walking distance to Chinatown and tons of cool restaurants. Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Our room was comfy with an awesome city view. Only bummer was reception being on the 4th floor, but whatever. The bar area was nice too, perfect for drinks after a long day.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Boston! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our kids. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Boston Common and other attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
